- 2^nd Chances (& 1^st Chances) – Wishram is also known for its willingness to give people (students, staff, and community) a chance when others may have given up on them or disregarded their value. Sometimes that is a second chance for someone who has overcome challenges, and sometimes we simply see potential in an individual that other organizations will disregard. We are proud of this, and it has served the district well.

- Helping each other: Wishram’s small staff and student body frequently go all out to put on fundraising events and community involvement events. It is amazing how the gym is transformed to meet the needs of the event and even more amazing is the way it is all returned to a gym that is ready for school the next day. This is only made possible because everyone – all the staff and all the students doing their part to help with these events even when it is not required.
