Wishram High and Elementary School

     I am humbled and honored to be chosen to be your Superintendent/Principal. In my educational journey, I have earned a Bachelor of History: Teaching, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration, a Principal’s Pro-certification, CTE Directorship, and a Superintendent Certificate. I completed my Superintendent Program through Seattle Pacific University. In addition, I have thirteen years of experience as a 7-12 Building Principal, k-12 Building Principal, Athletic/Activities Coordinator, and CTE Director. This is followed by eight years of 6-12 teaching experience and three years as an adjunct professor and clinical supervisor for WGU and SPU. My greatest strengths include collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and empowering others to grow professionally. I am confident that my experience and skill set as an educational leader would support and continue Wishram’s tradition of academic excellence.

     Likewise, I know what it means to grow up in a small town. Everyone is family, and strangers grow into friends. My work ethic and rural values were developed on the family farm. Okanogan, WA, started as home, and through work and school, I have been able to call Ellensburg, Shelton, Pe Ell, and Randle home. In addition, I have been blessed to gain all my professional experience from small schools and rural communities.

     I look forward to serving you and getting to know the families and friends of the Wishram Learning Community.
